The 12th Player School Program provides schools with expert coaching and professional support to help develop well-rounded students through football.

Our program builds confidence in technical skills, tactical awareness, physical agility, and mindset, while fostering teamwork, resilience, and positive behaviour. Delivered on school grounds, it supports schools looking to broaden their sports curriculum and offer students high-quality development opportunities beyond traditional PE.

Our coaching approach ensures every session is purposeful, engaging, and grounded in the game itself. We follow the Tactical Periodisation method, ensuring every session is game-related rather than drill-based. This approach allows students to learn skills in realistic match contexts, improving understanding, decision-making, and confidence.

Each week introduces a new focus area, helping students develop as complete players while keeping sessions engaging, challenging, and enjoyable.

A key part of our approach is creating a safe, fun learning environment where students are encouraged to take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them.

    We work with schools to deliver structured soccer sessions that can support physical education, lunchtime programs, after-school activities, specialist sports programs, inclusion programs or school holiday initiatives.

    Each program can be tailored to suit the age, ability and needs of the students. Sessions are designed to be engaging, age-appropriate and focused on helping students build confidence, technical skills, teamwork, resilience and a love of the game.

  • Yes. We understand that every school runs differently, so the program can be adapted to suit your timetable, student groups and available facilities.

    Programs may be delivered during school hours, before school, after school, during lunch breaks or as part of a specific sports or wellbeing initiative.

    We will work with your school to understand what you need and recommend a format that is practical, manageable and valuable for your students.

  • es. Our coaches hold current Working With Children Checks and understand the importance of creating a safe, respectful and supportive environment for students.

    We take child safety seriously and work with schools to ensure our programs align with school policies, supervision requirements and expected standards of behaviour.

  • Yes. We aim to create an inclusive environment where students of different abilities, confidence levels and learning styles can participate meaningfully.

    Our programs can be adapted to support neurodiverse students, students with disabilities, students who may be less confident in sport, or students who benefit from a more structured and supportive approach.

    We work with schools to understand the needs of the group and make reasonable adjustments so students feel included, encouraged and supported.

  • Yes. In most cases, we can provide the core equipment needed to run the soccer sessions, including balls, cones and training resources.

    If your school already has equipment or specific facilities available, we can also work with what you have. Before the program begins, we will confirm what equipment is required and what will be provided.
